Heat treatment determines the hardness and fatigue life of a universal joint. Wankang runs two large-scale continuous carburizing-quenching lines under automatic programmed control — temperature held to ±1℃ by dual precision instruments, and carbon potential regulated to ±0.05%C. Advanced equipment and inspection keep every batch consistent in mechanical performance.
